Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and other world leaders will address the United Nations General Assembly on Wednesday.
President Trump, who delivered remarks on Tuesday, seemingly shifted his support to Ukraine as frustration builds over Russia’s continued drone strikes. The move caught Zelensky off guard, who told Fox News’s Bret Baier in an interview that he hopes it’s a signal that “Trump and America will be with us to the end of the war.”
Trump, in a post online, argued that Kyiv could win against Moscow and regain the land it lost in the more than three-year-war. He also branded the Russian army as a “paper tiger.”
